The primary area of search will be Shawnee National Forest in the southern part of the state. It will be necessary to have ground teams from the central and northern areas of the state to be ready to deploy on Friday night, (24/72 hr gear) bivouac upon arrival and be ready to execute mission tasking on Saturday morning. After searching all day the teams will need to bias on Saturday night and return home on Sunday. This is a practice of our logistical ability to move our resources where they are needed.We are asking for the whole weekend of your time.
